How do I get access?

Aeronautica's analysis platform is invite-only. An administrator creates your account during onboarding. If you are interested in access for your organization, contact us.

What subscription plans are available?

Aeronautica offers annual subscription plans with access to different tiers of analysis tools. For current pricing and plan details, contact our sales team or sign in to view plans in the application.

How do I subscribe?

Once your account has been created, you can subscribe directly from the billing page inside the application. You will be redirected to a secure checkout page to complete payment. After subscribing, you can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices through the billing portal accessible from the application.

Does the subscription auto-renew?

Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

What is your refund policy?

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
